Skilled and Talented Designer

We're a digital media company looking for a professional designer to help us with our daily design projects.

We're looking for someone who is GREAT with Photoshop, can do photomanipulation, creates creative ads, uses AI when necessary and understands the psychology behind colors, fonts, and designs.

We will need your help with creating ads, mockups, book covers, products, complicated designs, websites, funnels, photo manipulations, and more.

As far as the salary goes, we'll probably start with a project-based price, and once we feel more comfortable and happy with the results, we can consider part-time and full-time positions.

But before you apply...

There are a few things that are important to us.

1. It's important to us that everything is finished on time. If it isn't, you'll need to update us. Communication is one of the most important values we have.

2. The designs must be high-quality and beautiful. We’re not after average work or anything less than perfect, so if you can’t deliver perfect designs, this might not be the right fit. With that said, don't let the impostor syndrome stop you from applying.

3. Sometimes we will ask you to create impossible designs that our crazy minds wish to have, and we'll ask you to deliver complicated concepts in a beautiful and simple way (depending on the requirement of the specific project), to the degree that it might even feel IMPOSSIBLE to design. But there's no such thing as "impossible".

4. That's why we don't want to spend time arguing how and why IT IS possible to create these designs, because with enough creativity, you can deliver any idea. So if you apply, you should understand that and be confident about it.
