Business Analyst
Location: Remote + 2x/month onsite in Makati | Industry: Fintech

Work Setup: Primarily remote with 2x per month required onsite at our Makati office (permanent arrangement).

What You’ll Do:
Model data and business entities to support systems and requirements.
Analyze datasets to spot trends and drive process improvements.
Gather, document, and translate business and technical requirements.
Partner with development teams to align solutions with business goals.
Maintain clear process documentation.
Define KPIs and build reporting frameworks.
Stay ahead of fintech and crypto trends.

What You Bring:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, IT, or related field.
5+ years' experience as a Business Analyst.
Strong background in data and entity modeling, analysis, and documentation.
Experience with UML, process modeling, and Agile/Scrum teams.
Exceptional analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
