Virtual Assistant – IRS Transcript Download & Tax Help Software Specialist (THS)

We are a U.S.-based tax resolution company seeking a detail-oriented and highly reliable Virtual Assistant to assist with IRS transcript management and Tax Help Software (THS) operations.

The ideal candidate will help pull IRS records, generate reports using THS, and prepare client summaries for our internal team.
Prior experience with IRS e-Services, IRS transcripts, or U.S. tax admin work is strongly preferred.
