Senior Designer/Draftsperson

We are a Perth based business seeking the services of a talented Senior Designer/Draftsperson to join our growing company.

Must have relevant drafting/design qualifications and experience in the Western Australian Residential Building industry.

- Hold relevant drafting/design qualifications
- Have experience in drafting for Western Australia Residential Building Industry
- Design and draft detailed residential plans using ArchiCAD
- Experience in checking drawings and details
- Ability to produce working drawings using ArchiCAD
- Drafting variations
- Experience creating sales sketches and brochures
- Sound knowledge of building codes and technical requirements
- Willingness to learn and apply new techniques
- Ability to manage jobs from start to finish
- A high attention to detail
- Enthusiastic and motivated
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Work from home (remote) set up

Salary is negotiable depending on experience.
