We're looking for a Virtual Assistant Manager to coordinate our content operations and keep everything running smoothly from footage download to video publishing.

Role Overview:
We are seeking an organized, proactive Virtual Assistant Manager to oversee the flow of our video content. You’ll manage the full process — from reviewing raw footage to working with video editors and SEO specialists — ensuring every video meets our quality and monetization standards before it goes live.

Key Responsibilities:
Content Review and Management

Coordinate the download and initial review of raw footage.

Ensure footage is authentic, not excessively redacted, and suitable for publication.

Appeal excessive redactions when necessary to improve content quality.

Editor Coordination

Communicate with video editors to guide editing direction and quality expectations.

Review edited videos to ensure clarity, accuracy, and that they pass an initial "first-watch" quality test.

Final Review and Scheduling

Verify that final videos meet YouTube monetization requirements (fully monetized status preferred).

Work with the YouTube SEO Virtual Assistant to schedule approved videos for posting.

Coordinate re-edits if monetization is limited or if videos need additional adjustments.

Process Improvement

Maintain an efficient, repeatable workflow that improves video turnaround times and quality control.

Provide regular feedback to editors and SEO teams to continuously enhance the process.

Ideal Candidate:
Strong project management and organizational skills.

Experience working with YouTube content creation and publishing.

Ability to review and critique video content with an eye for quality and monetization standards.

Professional communication skills to coordinate between multiple virtual assistants and freelancers.

Problem-solving mindset, especially regarding footage appeals and re-edits.
