Your Mission:
Save the world's most creative agency from the jaws of chaos. Kill Boring Dead is not just a name — it's our promise. Every project, every post, every client touchpoint must be interesting, dangerous, different. Your job? Make sure our creative machine keeps moving — fast, fearlessly, and never boring.
We’re allergic to beige. If you're looking for a "process-driven" "corporate" "compliance officer" type gig — please keep scrolling.
If you’re a natural air traffic controller with a dark side, we might just have something for you.
What You'll Do:
Own the flow of projects from briefing to delivery.
Keep the team clear on priorities without turning into a soul-crushing project zombie.
Protect our creatives' brains by managing deadlines before they turn into emergencies.
Run fast, sharp stand-ups — no bloated meetings allowed.
Spot bottlenecks before they choke our brilliance.
Help balance the "holy sh*t, this idea is wild" energy with "ok but when is it due" reality.
Guard the vibe: zero boring allowed, even in how we manage work.
You Should:
Thrive in controlled chaos — the good kind, the exciting kind.
Speak "creative" and "operational" fluently.
Have 2+ years of agency traffic, project management, operations, or production experience.
Love AI, systems, building processes and religiously used some kind of project management system. We use
Be obsessed with getting things DONE, not just talking about it.
Love good banter, dark jokes, and the occasional (very professional) roast.
Think "deadlines are weapons" — they help you build better, faster, stronger.
Not freak out when a client moves a deadline, a team flips an idea, or the company founder “just had a thought”.
What You'll Get:
A front-row seat at the weirdest, wildest agency.
A team that’s all in, all heart, and all weird.
Real creative
The chance to kill boring dead in your own way.
A wellness culture — seriously, we’re not evil.
Competitive pay, wellness days, hilarious Slack threads.
