JOB OVERVIEW

We’re seeking a results-driven and articulate Cold Caller / Appointment Setter to join our growing outreach team. You will be the first point of contact with potential clients across the United States. Your primary responsibility will be to engage prospects, qualify leads, and schedule appointments with decision-makers for our sales team.

This is a remote role, but clear English and a neutral or American-sounding accent is mandatory.

Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to U.S.-based leads between 10 AM – 3 PM EST
Follow a proven script while personalizing conversations as needed
Build rapport with prospects and handle objections confidently
Qualify leads and set appointments for sales closers
Maintain call logs, update CRM, and meet daily targets

Requirements
This is a remote position — but you must have fluent English, a clear American-sounding accent, and feel confident holding natural conversations.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Previous experience in cold calling, telemarketing, or sales is preferred
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable handling rejections
Familiarity with tools like GoHighLevel, HubSpot, or similar CRMs is a plus
