Sales - Outcalls/Cold Calls $2/hr + Commision

We are looking for a motivated and confident Sales Representative who will be responsible for making outbound cold calls to blue-collar businesses (HVAC, contractors, plumbers, electricians, etc.). Your main goal will be to introduce our services, build relationships, and set appointments for our senior sales team.

This is a high-activity, high-energy position — perfect for someone who is comfortable talking on the phone and loves the challenge of opening new opportunities.

Performance-Based Rewards:

You’ll receive extra pay based on contribution, not just hours worked.
• Commission: 3%–10% per closed sale (increases after 5 sales)
• Bonuses: $10–$30 for improvements, ideas, or initiatives
• Consistency Bonus: Up to $30/month for solid work and reports
• Promotion Path: You can become a Lead Manager and earn +$0.50 to $1/hr per VA you manage
