Virtual Sales Assistant

Job Scope:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Virtual Sales Assistant to support our sales and operations team. You will be the bridge between our e-commerce platform and our production team, ensuring smooth order processing, customer communication, and sales reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

- Transfer order information from Wix to job sheets using PowerPoint and Excel.
- Communicate with customers professionally via WhatsApp and email (enquiries, order confirmation, delivery updates).
- Answering enquiries on social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook)
- Create and issue invoices accurately and promptly.
- Prepare and submit end-of-month sales reports.
- Plan daily delivery routes based on order locations.
- Perform basic graphic edits when needed (e.g., editing product images, simple promotional materials).
- Attend weekly virtual meetings with the production team based in Singapore to coordinate orders and production.

Skills & Requirements:

- Proficient in English (written and spoken) with strong communication skills.
- Experienced in PowerPoint and Excel, capable of handling data entry and simple formatting.
- Familiar with e-commerce platforms (Wix, Shopify, or similar).
- Must have own working equipment (laptop, mobile phone) and necessary software (Adobe, Microsoft Office, etc.).
- Must have reliable and strong internet connection.
- Detail-oriented, responsible, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Ability to stay organized and manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Work Hours:

- 5 days a week
- 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (Singapore Time)
