About the Role
As our Financial Accountant, you will take ownership of Accounts Payable, Bank Reconciliation, and Financial Reporting. You'll also support broader financial analysis efforts to help drive strategic decision-making. This role is ideal for someone who is not only skilled in traditional accounting but also experienced in leveraging tools like Excel and Power BI for smarter reporting.

What You’ll Do
1. Manage the end-to-end Accounts Payable process, including invoice validation, vendor payments, and reconciliations
2.Perform daily and monthly bank reconciliations to ensure accuracy and completeness of financial data
3.Prepare and deliver accurate financial reports and dashboards
4.Use Excel (advanced functions, pivot tables, etc.) to streamline reporting and analysis
5.Build insightful Power BI dashboards to support finance and operational teams
6.Ensure compliance with local accounting standards and internal controls
7.Collaborate with internal stakeholders to analyze financial trends and support decision-making

What We’re Looking For
Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting (CPA preferred but not mandatory)
Strong understanding of Accounts Payable processes and Bank Reconciliation
Experience with financial reporting and data-driven analysis
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Power BI
Excellent communication skills in English—both written and verbal
Proactive, fast thinker with strong attention to detail and a problem-solving mindset
Able to work independently in a remote environment and manage multiple tasks efficiently
