CAD Drafter Needed: Create 2D Architectural Specification Drawing (Drainage Product)

We are seeking an experienced CAD drafter to turn our product drawing into a clean, professional architectural specification drawing in a style suitable for architects, designers, and builders.

Project Overview:
You will be provided with a detailed PDF of our products

You will also be provided with one of our existing detailed channel drawings for reference on our product style and key product features.

Your task is to create a professional 2D CAD drawing that clearly presents the product for architectural specification use — not for fabrication.

Deliverables:
3 x 2D CAD drawing file in .DWG format

3 x PDF version of the drawing for sharing and easy viewing

If this works out well, there will be more drawings and work but for now it's a one off gig for the drawings.

Drawing Requirements:
Views to include:

Top view

Side elevation

Front elevation

Sectional view if relevant (to show important internal features like outlet detail)

Basic exploded 3D isometric view (optional but preferred if time allows)

Dimensions:

Key overall dimensions only (length, width, outlet size and location)

Pipe fitting size clearly noted (e.g., 50mm pipe connection)

Notes:

Material must be clearly stated (Stainless Steel 304)

General installation notes if needed (e.g., "Fits 50mm pipe")

Professional appearance

Clean use of lineweights

Logical layering (e.g., visible edges, hidden lines, centre lines)

Scales appropriate for clarity (for example, 1:5 or 1:10)

LEVEL OF DETAIL:

No fabrication details required (no tolerances, no welds, no flat patterns, no laser cutting instructions)

Drawing is for specification and inclusion into architectural plans, not for factory production

SKILLS REQUIRED:
Proficiency in AutoCAD (or compatible CAD drafting software)

Ability to follow and replicate a professional architectural CAD style

Ability to interpret product sketches and translate into accurate CAD drawings

Good understanding of what architects and designers require in a specification drawing

Good English communication skills for clarification if needed

IDEAL CANDIDATE:
Experience producing CAD drawings for plumbing products, bathroom products, building components, or architectural fittings is a strong advantage

Strong attention to detail and layout

Ability to deliver clean, clear, professional work without excessive over-detailing
