About the Role
We’re looking for a Digital Growth Specialist to join our fully remote team at Mechanic Marketing. In this role, you’ll manage Google Ads, SEO campaigns, and web design projects that drive real results for our clients.

You'll work closely with the internal team, set and track digital marketing goals, and use your strategic skills to deliver high-quality, profitable campaigns.

What You’ll Do
- Manage and optimise Google Ads
- Manage and optimise SEO campaigns.
- Plan and create strategic content, landing pages, and blog posts.
- Collaborate with web and content teams to deliver user-focused websites and landing pages.
- Report on results and adjust strategies based on data insights.


What We’re Looking For
- Experience in Google Ads
- Strong skills in digital content creation and optimisation, with an SEO focus
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organisation skills.
- Proficiency with tools like Google Analytics, WordPress, SemRush, and ClickUp.
