About the Role
The Profit Analyst is looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Accountant to join our growing remote team. In this role, you'll support clients by tracking their financial performance through customized Profit & Loss Statements, Balance Sheets, Cash Flow Reports, and regular bookkeeping tasks using Google Sheets and Xero.

Location Preference: We prefer candidates based in Cebu, but we welcome applicants from other regions as well.

Qualifications

•Degree in Accounting, Financial Management, or a related field

•1–3 years of experience in bookkeeping or similar roles

•1–2 years of Xero experience preferred

•Excellent communication skills (English proficiency required)

•Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

•Willingness to learn and grow professionally

•Self-motivated and organized


Equipment Requirements

•Reliable computer or laptop

•Stable internet connection

•Headset for communication


Your Responsibilities

•Prepare and update Cash Flow reports

•Manage monthly financial dashboards and reporting

•Perform bookkeeping tasks using Xero

•Assist with additional tasks as needed


Benefits

•Fixed Salary: AUD 1,400/month (13th-month pay included/double pay for PH Holidays included)

•Remote Setup: Permanent work-from-home

•Holiday Schedule: Follows Australian (QLD) holidays

•Leave Benefits: 10 vacation leaves & 5 sick leaves

•Work Hours: 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM (with lunch from 11:00 AM – 12:00 PM)

•You will manage your own government contributions
