Virtual Assistant (Airbnb Management + Real Estate Finance Support) – (U.S. Hours)

We’re looking for a proactive, organized, and coachable Virtual Assistant to support our Airbnb and real estate businesses. You'll help with day-to-day Airbnb operations, real estate finance tasks, accounting, marketing, and lead generation. This is a long-term role with growth opportunities and bonuses based on performance.

Key Responsibilities Include but are not limited to:

Airbnb Management:

Manage listings across Airbnb, Vrbo, and ----------

Handle guest communications

Manage inventory and coordinate housekeeping schedules

Generate cohosting leads and assist with onboarding new owners

Prepare monthly owner statements and property accounting

Marketing and Content:

Create and schedule marketing content (social media posts, basic graphic design preferred)

Assist with light web design and property page updates

Lead generation outreach for new Airbnb cohosting opportunities

Real Estate Finance Support:

Help with accounting, tax documentation, and credit card management

Set up budgets for short-term rental and real estate operations

Work Hours:

Full-Time: 40 hours per week

Must work U.S. business hours (Eastern or Central time preferred)

Requirements:

Strong written and spoken English

Prior experience with Airbnb/Vrbo management is a big plus

Experience with accounting, basic finance, or real estate is preferred

Reliable internet connection with at least 100 MB/s speed + a backup option

Comfortable using password managers

Accounting experience with Airbnb/Hotels

Highly coachable, resourceful, and proactive mindset

Preferred Skills:

Light video editing (editing short clips for social media)

Graphic design (Canva or similar)

Web design (basic WordPress, Squarespace, or similar experience)

Compensation and Growth:

Starting salary: $450–$1,000/month depending on experience

Paid bonuses based on performance (percentage of business growth)

13th month pay

Paid U.S. holidays after 6 months

Long-term role with potential to advance in responsibilities and compensation
