Video Editor for Clipping

We need someone with basic experience in video editing (CapCut is more than enough) to be creating clips from long-form content from Streamers, YouTubers etc. so called Clipping. Bonus points if you are familiar with streamers like Kai Cenat, Speed, Adin Ross etc.
