We’re looking for a talented and motivated Video Editor to join our growing team full-time! If you have a passion for creating engaging video content, telling compelling stories through visuals, and producing high-performing
What You’ll Do:
Video Editing & Content Creation (Primary Focus)
Edit and produce high-quality video content for product launches, digital ads, social media, and marketing campaigns.
Create direct-response style videos for
Create engaging short-form content and long-form videos.
Apply motion graphics, dynamic text overlays, product highlights, and strong calls-to-action (CTAs) to maximize ad performance.
Work closely with the marketing and design teams to bring concepts, ad briefs, and storyboards to life.
Ensure all videos are tailored to platform-specific best practices (aspect ratios, subtitles, first-3-second hook, mobile-first optimization).
Repurpose video content across multiple platforms to maximize reach and performance.
Facebook
Edit and produce video creatives specifically optimized for paid
Test variations of hooks, CTAs, and video styles (e.g., UGC-style, testimonial, direct pitch) to improve ROAS.
Collaborate with the marketing team to brainstorm and execute fresh video ad concepts aligned with product launches, bundles, and promotions.
Quickly turn around new ad creatives based on performance data, audience feedback, and campaign goals.
Marketing Support & Brand Storytelling
Support marketing campaigns with additional promotional video content such as testimonials, tutorials, educational clips, and seasonal offers.
Ensure all video content aligns with Evidence Skincare’s brand voice, style, and story.
Use creative storytelling techniques to build emotional connections with our audience and drive action.
Stay up to date with video trends, especially in the beauty, skincare, and wellness industries, to keep our content cutting-edge.
Additional Responsibilities
Maintain an organized library of raw footage, edits, and final assets for easy access and reuse.
Optimize videos for fast loading speeds and high-quality playback across all devices.
Occasionally assist with light graphic creation tasks (e.g., thumbnails, banners, Reels covers) using Canva or similar tools.
Manage multiple projects efficiently and meet tight deadlines while maintaining a high creative standard.
What We’re Looking For:
Strong experience with professional video editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro, CapCut, or similar).
Proven experience creating
Familiarity with social media video trends and ad formats across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and
Basic knowledge of motion graphics, text overlays, and animation.
Strong eye for storytelling, pacing, hooks, emotional engagement, and direct-response techniques.
Strong communication skills, a proactive mindset, and ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Bonus: Experience working with beauty, skincare, wellness, or lifestyle brands is a major plus!
Position Details / Benefits:
Full-Time Role – 40 hours per week.
Remote Role – Work from anywhere!
