Key Responsibilities:

Design and build engaging, user-centric landing pages and websites using WordPress. Experience in Shopify web design is a plus.
Customise WordPress themes, templates, and plugins to match the client's brand guidelines.
Apply SEO best practices to boost search engine rankings and drive organic traffic.
Enhance website performance with a focus on speed, responsiveness, and optimal UX/UI.
Perform routine site maintenance and updates, and resolve technical issues as they arise.
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver custom solutions.
Stay current with design trends, SEO techniques, and WordPress developments.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Web Designer with a strong portfolio of WordPress projects.
Proficient in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
Knowledge of SEO fundamentals, including keyword research, meta tags, and on-page optimisation.
Familiarity with web analytics tools such as Google Analytics and Google Search Console.
Strong eye for design and detail, ensuring consistency with branding standards.
Excellent communication and time management skills.
Experience with design tools such as Canva, Adobe Photoshop, or similar.
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
