Looking For Top Tier Editors To Get My Client Famous!

We are looking to hire one or multiple editors to deliver up to 20 videos per week.
If one editor can handle the workload & produce all types of videos, that’s preferred — but we are also open to hiring specialists for different styles if needed. We are offering a base pay as well as bonuses for any content that gets over 100k views! If this is a good fit, and you are able to go above and beyond to help us... I promise that you will be taken care of!

Content Types Needed:

1. Mini Vlogs (6 per week)
• Daily story-style vlogs (intro ? b-roll ? outro)
• Dynamic, animated subtitles (different sizes, colors, fonts, and movement — NOT basic captions)
• Smooth transitions into the b-roll footage
• Creative motion graphics to highlight key ---------- nts (daily goals, day number, major events)

2. Luxury B-Roll Reels (7 per week)
• Cinematic montages synced to motivational audio or inspiring quotes
• Simple yet cinematically powerful pacing ----------
• We will provide b-roll footage and sound/quote clips.

3. Talking Head Motivation Reels (7 per week)
• Client speaking directly to the camera as main foundation for video
• High-retention animated captions that flow dynamically on the screen
• Strategic b-roll clips, stock footage, and graphics added to match the topic
• Focused on hook ? retention ? strong payoff for the viewer.

Requirements:
• Good English
• Skilled in dynamic animated captions (different colors, fonts, sizing, and movement)
• Must be up to date with modern editing trends and viewer retention strategies
• Excellent at hooking viewers, pacing storytelling, and keeping attention high
• Comfortable adding motion graphics, b-roll clips, and stock visuals where needed
• Fast turnaround (you’ll be expected to deliver consistently on schedule)
