Bring your editing skills to our YouTube channel! We need a reliable and creative editor for our videos. Think clean, professional, and impactful – we'll show you exactly how we like it! Let's make learning awesome together.

What you’ll do:
- Edit YouTube videos
- Follow our editing style (we’ll give you a full SOP + Loom video to show you how)
- Be quick, consistent, and detail-oriented
- Maybe edit short-form videos in the future
- If you’re really good, you could help lead other editors too!

Application Process:
1. After applying, you’ll complete a quick skill test.
2. If you pass, you'll edit one or two paid trial projects ($50 per 10–12 minute YouTube video).
3. If the trial is good, we’ll bring you on at $5/hour.
4. If you stick around, do awesome work, and help manage others, you can go up to $8/hour.
