We are looking for a Vice President of Growth to join our executive team. You’ll lead two critical divisions:
Establishment and Communication Division (HR, SOPs, KPI reporting, organizational structure)
Sales and Marketing Division (strategy, execution, and driving business development)


This role reports directly to the CEO and offers a high level of autonomy, responsibility, and growth opportunity.

What You’ll Do:
Oversee hiring processes and ensure our company is fully and efficiently staffed.
Centralize and organize SOPs and training materials across all departments.
Monitor KPIs, performance metrics, and communication flow to keep the organization running smoothly.
Develop and execute clear, actionable marketing strategies — from email campaigns to YouTube launches.
Drive sales initiatives to support our ambitious goal of doubling revenue in the next 12 months.
Implement technology, automation, and AI tools to improve efficiency and scalability.
Foster a culture of ownership, accountability, and collaboration across the company.

What We’re Looking For:
Proven track record of delivering measurable business results (you'll be asked to show real achievements).
Leadership experience managing teams and cross-functional initiatives.
B2B marketing experience — ideally in service-based businesses.
Experience working with American companies and understanding U.S. business culture.
Familiarity with small to mid-sized businesses (not just corporate environments).
Tech-savvy and eager to use CRM systems, project management tools (ClickUp, Slack), and AI-driven solutions.
Fluent in English, excellent communicator, and a natural collaborator.
Driven, responsible, coachable, and mission-oriented — you want to help businesses thrive and succeed.
