We are a fast-growing entertainment network based in Australia, connecting clients and entertainers across Australia, New Zealand, and internationally.
We are looking for a highly skilled Dynamics 365 Developer who can work full-time with us as a key technical partner, helping us build, connect, and scale our Dynamics 365 environment across:
• Customer engagement (Sales, Customer Service)
• Customer Insights (Data + Journeys)
• Business Central (Invoicing and accounting integration)
• Azure AI (including OpenAI services for smart automation and insights)
• Power BI (Data visualization and campaign analytics)
• Microsoft Teams integration (Voice/Calling logs and AI summaries)
You will help design and manage the full Dynamics 365 system supporting multiple entertainment businesses, ensuring that data flows, workflows, integrations, marketing automation, and reporting are running smoothly.
Responsibilities:
• Build, customize, and optimize our Dynamics 365 CRM for booking workflows, lead management, and client communications.
• Integrate Laravel-based website database with Dynamics 365 via APIs.
• Configure and manage Customer Insights (both Data and Journeys) for intelligent client nurturing and marketing campaigns.
• Collaborate with our Azure team to integrate AI-driven personalization and reporting features into Dynamics.
• Help set up synchronization with Business Central for invoicing, accounting, and financial reporting.
• Automate marketing activities, follow-ups, and service notifications using Power Automate.
• Work with Teams Phone and VoIP systems to log calls and integrate call summaries into CRM records.
• Ensure clean and scalable data structures for customer, entertainer, and booking records.
• Support Power BI dashboards pulling data from Dynamics and external sources like Google Ads,
• Recommend and implement best practices for security, compliance, and tenant management.
Skills and Experience Needed:
• Expert in Microsoft Dynamics 365 (Sales, Customer Insights, Marketing, Business Central)
• Strong knowledge of Dataverse (Common Data Service) and model-driven apps
• Skilled in API development and integrations (Laravel, WordPress, or similar CMS experience a plus)
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps, Power BI)
• Familiarity with Azure services (Azure OpenAI, Azure Blob Storage, Azure Logic Apps)
• Understanding of Microsoft Teams Phone integrations
• Experience with Customer Journey orchestration and real-time marketing triggers
• Familiar with deploying AI-driven automation and recommendations in CRM environments
• Excellent communication skills in English
• Bonus if experienced working with entertainment, events, or booking marketplaces
