Real Estate Cold Caller

We are a fast-growing real estate investment company in Orlando FL, looking for a full-time Cold Caller to join our team.
We specialize in acquiring off-market properties and need a talented individual who is confident, experienced, and motivated to help us grow.


Responsibilities:

Call homeowners and property owners using provided scripts

Set appointments and gather seller information

Update CRM with call notes and lead status

Build rapport with homeowners and handle objections professionally

Follow up with leads as needed


Requirements:

Minimum 1 year of experience cold calling in real estate (U.S. market preferred)

Good spoken and written English (neutral accent preferred)

Strong communication and people skills

Comfortable handling objections and rejections

Stable internet connection and quiet work environment

Familiarity with CRM and Dialers tools

Reliable, coachable, and motivated to improve
