Empathy Estates LLC, a U.S.-based real estate wholesaling company, is seeking a skilled and reliable VA agency in the Philippines to join us in a transformative, long-term partnership. We’re looking for an agency to handle the entire deal flow process—end-to-end—while sharing in the success of high-value wholesaling deals. This is a unique opportunity to work with a company focused on building trust, fostering mutual growth, and creating a real estate empire together.

What We’re Looking For:

A VA agency capable of managing the full wholesaling deal flow: lead list generation, cold calling, appointment setting, dispositions, scheduling inspections, and coordinating with inspection vendors (or buyers if they prefer their own inspections).

Strong English proficiency (C2 advanced mastery preferred) for effective communication with U.S.-based sellers and buyers.

A human-centric culture that invests in training, retains VAs, and fosters loyalty, ensuring a committed partnership.

Willingness to operate with $0 upfront cost for operational expenses (OpEx)—you cover your costs, and we share the rewards.


*What We Offer:

Revenue-Sharing Model: A 50/50 split on all wholesaling deals closed together, ensuring significant earnings potential (e.g., $25,000-$50,000/month at $50,000-$100,000 revenue).

Equity Opportunity: Automatic equity stake in Empathy Estates LLC offered by default after 3 years of partnership, aligning our long-term success.

U.S. Market Access: Leverage our established presence in the U.S. real estate market, focusing on high-value deals ($50,000-$400,000 assignment fees).

Support and Collaboration: Access to tools like ---------- for buyer sourcing (funded by reinvestment pool), plus my in-person support for inspections, valuations, and buyer matching in Santa Clarita.
