Key Responsibilities
HubSpot Campaigns & CMS Management
Build and manage
Own our HubSpot CMS website: update pages, optimize structure, and align messaging across campaigns
Track and improve user journeys, landing pages, and forms
Marketing Reporting & Analytics (Must-Have)
Build weekly and monthly marketing reports in Excel and PowerPoint
Track
Create executive-ready dashboards showing impact and optimizations
Campaign Management
Coordinate and manage Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, YouTube Ads (in collaboration with our paid ads team)
Align digital campaigns with GTM priorities and partner-led programs
Monitor and optimize performance across funnel stages
Content, Social & Brand Alignment
Create, manage, and repurpose marketing content across ads, web, events, webinars, and social media
Own and enforce brand consistency across all touchpoints
Collaborate with design and content freelancers as needed
Events, Webinars & Video
Support event execution,
Record, edit, and publish videos for ads, product demos, and thought leadership
Run or support webinars, from planning and promotion to post-event engagement
Required Experience
3–5 years of experience in a B2B marketing role
Expert in HubSpot – campaigns, automation, and HubSpot CMS
Experience with Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and YouTube Ads
Proven ability to create high-quality reports and insights from marketing data
Website content management, landing page optimization, and conversion funnel knowledge
Video editing tools (e.g., Adobe Premiere, Canva, or similar)
Excellent writing, presentation, and communication skills
Strong project management and attention to detail
Bonus Points
Experience in AI, data, cloud, SaaS, or enterprise tech marketing
Familiarity with SEO, SEM, and marketing analytics
Worked in a startup or scale-up environment
Exposure to webinars, product launches, or partner marketing
