Online Mental Health Community Support Specialist

We are seeking a compassionate, knowledgeable, and highly responsive individual to join our team as an On-Call Online Mental Health Community Support Specialist. In this freelance role, you will provide empathetic support, guidance, and resources to our online community members via ---------- .

This position requires consistent daily availability and a strong focus on rapid response to community needs.

Responsibilities:
• Monitor and engage with our online community on ---------- between 5:00 AM – 11:00 AM PHT, 7 days a week (Philippine time)
• Respond to any new messages within 60 seconds during your shift
• Provide empathetic, professional, and resource-driven support to community members
• Facilitate mental health discussions, promote mental health awareness, and share vetted resources
• Maintain a positive, supportive, and safe environment for all members

Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in psychology, social work, counseling, or a related field (preferred)
• Prior experience in mental health support, counseling, peer support, or a similar role
• Strong understanding of mental health issues, treatments, and community resources
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English with an empathetic and professional approach
• Familiarity with ---------- and proficiency in managing real-time notifications and interactions
• Reliable internet connection and ability to consistently respond within 60 seconds during active hours
• Ability to commit to the schedule 7 days per week
• Willingness to participate in ongoing training and professional development
• High degree of professionalism, discretion, and reliability

Position Details:
• Remote, freelance position
• Schedule: 5:00 AM – 11:00 AM PHT daily (your local time), 7 days a week
• Low current message volume, but high importance placed on immediate availability and responsiveness
• Fixed monthly compensation
• Ongoing support and professional training provided
