We’re the leading online auction platform for self-storage facilities, and we’re looking for a proactive, detail-obsessed Sales Research Assistant to keep our sales engine running at full speed.
This is a full-time remote role supporting our sales team by making sure every day starts with verified leads, clean data, and personalized insights. You’ll play a critical role behind the scenes — prepping intel, cleaning CRM records, organizing priorities, and even jumping into live calls to help close deals and learn the industry from the inside.

What You’ll Do
Research and verify contact data (name, title, email, phone) with 95%+ accuracy


Identify decision-makers and map their hierarchy (2 levels up & down) in key accounts


Personalize 10+ daily call briefs with social intel, wins, and interests


Keep the CRM clean, accurate, and easy to navigate (monthly audits)


Draft custom follow-up emails based on call notes and context


Join daily sales syncs to align on calendar and priorities


Reprioritize leads when urgency changes (e.g. follow-up missed, buying signal)


Sit in on live calls and help with data entry, setup, and closing support
