We’re looking for a creative, driven, and detail-oriented Marketing + Design Virtual Assistant to join our growing vacation rental and hospitality team!
This is a full-time, hourly (not project-based) role for someone excited about helping travelers find the perfect beach getaway—and supporting our team with marketing, design, and customer engagement tasks. What You’ll Do
Create and schedule
Produce Instagram Reels and
Develop and follow separate content strategies for Instagram vs.
Assist in
Engage with potential guests in
Design flyers, social posts, and short-for
Write clear, casual, and engaging captions in a voice that sounds local and helpful
Assist with light administrative tasks, cross-departmental projects, and other marketing-related execution as time allows
Use a smartphone to manage apps like Meta Business Suite, CapCut, and Instagram
Communicate frequently with the team and stay flexible as marketing needs evolve
Requirements
Excellent written English (spelling, grammar, and a natural tone)
Basic experience with:
Instagram & Meta Business Suite
Instagram Ads (setup or management)
Canva (or a similar design tool)
Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop (no need for expert-level skills but is willing to expand knowledge if needed.)
A smartphone for mobile-only apps (IG, CapCut, etc.)
A reliable Mac or PC
A stable internet connection
Fast learner and self-starter with a positive, solution-oriented attitude
Able to work the following fixed schedule:
Work Schedule (U.S. Central Time – Fixed Year-Round)
Days: Wednesday to Sunday
Hours: 7:30 AM – 4:30 PM U.S. Central Time (CT)
1-hour unpaid lunch
No schedule changes required for U.S. daylight saving
PH-based applicants: this is a graveyard shift (8:30 PM – 5:30 AM PHT)
Nice-to-Haves
Experience working a night-shift schedule (for PH candidates)
Engaging in
Creating content with CapCut or Canva templates
Light photo editing
Familiarity with guest service, short-term rentals, or the hospitality industry
