Sales Manager / Team Director

We are a Medical Spa in Virginia, USA. looking for a phone sales rep who meets the following criteria:

In this role you will lead a team of 3 sales reps who are also based in the Philippines. Your responsibility and tasks would be:
1) Review all calls and some voicemails to find what they can improve on so that they ultimately close more calls. To do this you will need to a) have daily / weekly training where they learn how to sound more American with their accent, b) discern if someone is a qualified lead and if they have a pain point we can solve, c) teach them how to respond to concerns and objections, etc etc as needed to help them improve their close rate with qualified leads.
2) Make improvements to scripts as needed.
3) Apply strategy to increase the amount of calls answered vs calls that go to voicemail.
4) Manage the team by a) maintaining a culture that attracts and retains top talent. b) Hire and fire tea ---------- mbers as needed. c) Make sure all reps maintain their responsibilities of: script adherence, clock in times, working their full shift, showing up for their shift, as well as other KPIs that are implemented for them to achieve their success.

The qualifications needed for this role are:
Strong English accent / understanding of English. At least 5 years of sales manager experience. Proven track record of being able to help your sales reps close more sales by overcoming objections and concerns

Pay will range depending on experience and skill. in between $7 USD - $13 USD hourly
