Main Focus: Building and Managing Teams
Your most important job will be hiring and managing people to run our dropshipping business.
YOU MUST HAVE PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE IN DOING THIS OTHERWISE DO NOT APPLY
You will:
- Find and hire skilled workers for different jobs (product finders, ad creators, customer service, etc.)
- Use project management software to manage the entire company.
- Train new team members on our business methods
- Create clear job instructions for each team role
- Set up payment systems for team members through Upwork
- Monitor team performance and replace underperforming workers
- Build a complete team structure that can run without the owner's daily input
- Scale the team as our business grows
- Create reporting systems so you know what everyone is doing
What You Will Also Do:
You will either be doing these tasks by yourself, or hiring someone to do these, following our SOPs:
- Find trending products on TikTok that will sell well (We have the method)
- Copy successful ads from TikTok to use on
- Build product pages on Shopify
- Run
- Manage our entire Shopify store operations
- Track which products and ads make money
- Create systems so the whole business runs smoothly
- Use project management software to organize all work and team members
- Make decisions about what tasks to do yourself vs. hire out
- Report results to the owner regularly
Skills You Must Have
- Experience running dropshipping businesses successfully
- Know how to use Shopify to build product pages
- Good at
- Can spot trends and find products that will sell
- Experience hiring and managing remote workers
- Strong skills with project management software (Notion)
- Able to create workflows and systems for the business
- Can work independently with little supervision
- Good communication skills in English
- Problem-solving skills when things go wrong

We need someone who can take over running EVERYTHING in our business. You will manage all daily operations, build teams when needed, and keep the whole business running smoothly.
Our business makes $300,000+ per month, and you'll be in charge of maintaining and growing this. You should be ready to start with minimal training and be able to handle the complete operation on your own. You will be trained further on our specific methods.
The owner wants to step back from daily operations, so you must be able to handle everything by creating and managing an effective team.
