Responsibilities:
Answer customer calls, texts, and
Marketing to collect leads and turn leads into customers
Review and manage customer toll charges; send invoices to customers
Schedule and manage rental contract renewals
Collect and Enter Expenses Into System
Process customer invoices and payment tracking
Conduct background checks on rental leads and contact qualified prospects
Provide administrative support to company leadership
Maintain organized digital records and logs
Other administrative and clerical tasks as assigned
Requirements:
At least 1–2 years experience in customer service, virtual assistance, or administrative support
Strong English speaking and writing skills
Experience with basic accounting or invoicing is a plus
Experience with ZOHO BOOKS
Highly organized with strong attention to detail
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
Reliable internet connection and backup plan for outages
Professional, polite, and customer-focused attitude
Familiarity with rental businesses, CRM systems, or toll management is a big plus (but not required)
