Junior Wordpress Website Developer

Position Overview
We are seeking an Entry-Level Web Developer to join our growing remote team. This role will primarily focus on making design and content updates to existing client websites, with occasional involvement in new website builds.

This is a great opportunity for someone looking to grow their development skills in a supportive, mission-driven company while working closely with an experienced team.

Responsibilities:
Make design, layout, and content changes on existing WordPress websites using the Divi theme and builder.

Assist in building new client websites from templates and SOPs.

Perform page speed optimization, plugin updates, and troubleshoot site issues.

Collaborate with the lead web developer and account manager to ensure smooth project execution.

Maintain high standards of website quality, functionality, and responsiveness.

Occasionally attend tea ---------- etings and client design calls during U.S. business hours.

Requirements:
At least 1 year of experience with WordPress and the Divi Builder.

Basic understanding of HTML and CSS.

Ability to perform basic page speed optimizations, plugin management, and troubleshooting.

Strong attention to detail and quality.

Intermediate English proficiency with clear spoken communication (minimal accent) for occasional client meetings.

Fast, reliable internet and a dedicated personal workstation.

Ability to work independently and meet deadlines consistently.

Willingness to learn, take feedback constructively, and improve continuously.
