Looking to hire a Real Estate ISA - Long Term!

We are a dynamic mortgage brokerage seeking a motivated Virtual Assistant Real Estate Inside Sales Agent (ISA) to join our team. The VA ISA will be responsible for making outbound calls to leads, qualifying potential clients, and nurturing relationships to encourage mortgage application submissions. This remote position requires excellent communication skills, a proactive attitude, and a passion for helping clients achieve their homeownership goals.

Lead Outreach: Make 50–100 daily outbound calls to provided leads, including cold, warm, and follow-up calls, to generate interest in mortgage services.

Lead Qualification: Assess leads’ needs, financial situation, and readiness to apply for a mortgage, ensuring alignment with our lending programs.

Client Nurturing: Build rapport with leads through consistent follow-ups via phone, email, or text, guiding them toward submitting a mortgage application.

Data Management: Accurately log all interactions, lead statuses, and follow-up tasks in our CRM system to maintain an organized pipeline.

Appointment Scheduling: Coordinate and schedule consultations between qualified leads and mortgage brokers.

Compliance: Adhere to all relevant regulations, including TCPA and Do Not Call guidelines, while maintaining professionalism and confidentiality.

Performance Reporting: Provide weekly reports on call volume, lead conversion rates, and application submissions to track progress and optimize strategies.
