Hardscape Marketing Crew is seeking a proactive, motivated Sales Development Representative (SDR) to help drive the growth of our agency.
You'll be responsible for starting new conversations with hardscape business owners, qualifying leads, booking discovery calls, and inviting prospects into our ecosystem.
Your role is critical to building our pipeline and helping hardscape companies grow with our proven marketing systems.
This is a performance-driven role ideal for someone who thrives in outbound outreach, enjoys connecting with business owners, and can maintain high-quality conversations consistently.
???? Key Responsibilities:
Call and follow up with inbound
Invite qualified prospects into our Millionaire Landscaper
Book Discovery Calls with hardscape business owners for the founder (Keith)
Track all outreach activities and lead notes inside our CRM (GoHighLevel)
Maintain a positive and professional representation of Hardscape Marketing Crew
Follow daily KPIs and weekly performance targets for outreach and booked calls
Support the creation of basic lead nurture follow-ups (sending free resources, group invites, etc.)

Number of new conversations started daily (social/email)
Number of calls made to new
Discovery Calls booked per week
Show-up rate for Discovery Calls
Planning Calls booked from Discovery Calls

Strong written and verbal communication skills
Self-motivated with a bias toward action
Comfortable with cold outreach (messages,

Familiarity with CRM systems (GoHighLevel experience a plus)
Positive, professional attitude — sees outreach as helping, not bothering
