We’re looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Lead Qualifier/Lead Generator. Your primary responsibility is to identify, assess, and nurture leads—particularly clinics and wellness businesses—and pass qualified prospects to our sales team.
A background in biology or life sciences is a plus, but not required. What matters most is your ability to research, engage with prospects, and qualify leads effectively.
Responsibilities
Conduct targeted outreach to potential clients (e.g., clinics, wellness centers) via
Evaluate leads based on predefined criteria to determine their fit.
Engage potential clients, gather key information (e.g., interest level, current needs, decision-making process).
Schedule discovery calls or meetings and coordinate with the sales team for follow-up action.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of lead interactions in the CRM system.
Monitor lead progress and provide regular reports on qualified lead volume, conversion rates, and next steps.
Collaborate with marketing or sales operations to refine targeting strategies and improve lead quality.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in any field. Background in Biological Sciences, Biology, Microbiology, Biochemistry, or related life sciences is a nice-to-have but not required.
Excellent communication skills—both written and verbal.
Strong ability to research, engage, and evaluate prospective business clients.
Experience or familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho, HubSpot, or similar).
Organized and self-driven, capable of working independently in a remote setup.
Prior experience in lead generation, appointment setting, or business development is a plus.
