We are seeking a proactive and highly organized Virtual Assistant to support our team with essential administrative tasks.
Role Overview:
The Virtual Assistant will play a critical role in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations by providing administrative support, working directly with the CEO of the company. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, reliable, tech-savvy, and able to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
Organize and maintain diaries and calendars for management
Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and property viewings
Input and update data into CRM systems, spreadsheets, and internal databases
Maintain accurate logs for client communications, property maintenance, and transaction progress
Perform general administrative tasks such as document management,
Assist in preparing reports, client proposals, and other business documentation
Monitor deadlines and follow up on outstanding tasks to ensure timely completion
Support ad hoc administrative projects as required
