We are a growing real estate brand focused on delivering high-quality, engaging content through podcasts, YouTube, and social media platforms like Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook. Our mission is to educate, inspire, and connect with real estate investors, homebuyers, and professionals through powerful storytelling and professional-grade media.

Position:
Video Editor (Project-Based)

Responsibilities:

Edit long-form real estate podcasts into polished, engaging episodes for YouTube and audio platforms.

Repurpose long-form content into short-form reels (under 60 seconds) optimized for Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook.

Add creative CGI elements (animated graphs, visual effects, text overlays, property showcases, etc.) to enhance storytelling.

Maintain brand consistency, tone, and visual style across all videos.

Collaborate on new creative ideas for video marketing and engagement.

Handle color correction, sound balancing, captions/subtitles, and dynamic transitions.

Manage and meet deadlines with a proactive, solutions-oriented attitude.

Requirements:

Proven experience editing real estate videos, podcasts, and/or social media content.

Strong portfolio demonstrating podcast editing, reels, and CGI/visual effects work.

Proficiency in editing software like Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, or similar.

Ability to design and animate simple CGI enhancements related to real estate (e.g., market stats, floor plans, location maps, property highlights).

Understanding of social media trends, short-form video styles, and platform requirements.

Strong attention to detail and creativity.

Reliable communication and ability to take feedback constructively.

Compensation:

$8 per completed reel (under 60 seconds).

Podcast editing rate: To Be Agreed (TBA) based on experience and project scope.

Bonus:

Experience working with real estate professionals or real estate brands.

Knowledge of SEO best practices for YouTube titles, thumbnails, and descriptions.

Basic graphic design skills for thumbnails and promotional materials.
