JOB OVERVIEW

We are looking for a skilled and reliable Virtual Assistant with expertise in GoHighLevel (GHL) to join our team full-time.
The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and experienced in using GHL to support various business needs.

Position Details:
Schedule: Full-time, working Mountain Standard Time (MST) hours
Work Arrangement: Remote
Start Date: As soon as possible

Requirements:
- Proven experience working with GoHighLevel (GHL)
- Strong organizational, communication, and time management skills
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple tasks efficiently
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
- Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision
- Discreet and able to maintain confidentiality
- Reliable internet connection and a professional home office setup
- Tech-savvy and comfortable using a time tracking system
- Availability to work full-time during Mountain Standard Time (MST) hours
- Must have a valid NBI Clearance

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and optimize workflows inside GHL
- Set up and manage pipelines, campaigns, and automations
- Assist with CRM management and updates
- Support client onboarding and communication
- Perform general administrative tasks as needed
