Website SEO, Email Newsletter Needed – Project-Based (Potential Long-Term)

We are a gutter installation and maintenance business serving local residential and commercial clients.
We are looking for specialists to help with specific tasks related to our website, customer communications, and competitive research.

Open Positions:

1. Website SEO Specialist (Website and Online Presence Tasks)

Tasks include:
• Finalize formatting of the Tidio live chat widget (already installed).
• Perform important Local SEO tasks, such as:
• Write and optimize meta titles and meta descriptions.
• Add image alt texts and internal links.
• Improve basic page speed (image compression, simple optimizations).
• Ensure that the website’s Name, Address, and Phone (NAP) are consistent with the Google Business Profile.
• Suggest small improvements to website layout or headings for better SEO.
• Write short blog posts optimized for local keywords (example: “Gutter Cleaning Orlando: What You Need to Know”).

Platform:
• WordPress (you must be comfortable working inside WordPress).

Requirements:
• Advanced English (reading and writing).
• Experience with WordPress websites.
• Good understanding of Local SEO basics.
• Familiarity with SEO tools like Yoast SEO, Rank Math, or similar.
• Basic experience with Tidio or similar live chat tools is a plus.
• Ability to write simple, clean blog posts for SEO purposes.

2. Email Marketing Assistant (Special Projects – Email Newsletters)

Tasks include:
• Create professional email newsletters to re-engage past customers (such as promoting annual gutter cleanings or seasonal specials).
• Suggest topics and basic offers.
• Format emails for clarity, mobile-friendliness, and brand consistency.

Requirements:
• Advanced or Fluent English writing skills.
• Experience with email marketing platforms (Mailchimp, Constant Contact, or similar).
• Ability to write professional and friendly emails.
• Basic Canva or graphic design skills are a plus.


Position Details:
• Project-based (paid per project or per task).
