Va(Virtual Assistant) for outreach

Responsibilities:
• Scrape and research leads inside a specific niche (we’ll train you)
• Identify qualified accounts based on set criteria (followers, content quality, niche fit)
• Maintain organized spreadsheets of leads
• Send 100 targeted DMs daily across 3 Instagram accounts
• Track conversations and report daily outreach stats
• Follow exact scripts and frameworks we provide (no guessing)

Requirements:
• Reliable and responsive communication (you must reply daily)
• Strong attention to detail (we don’t want random/spammy leads)
• Instagram experience (navigating, messaging, basic scraping)
• Basic spreadsheet/Google Sheets skills
• Good English for communication (not for writing — you’ll send our scripts)

Bonus (Not Required):
• Past experience in Instagram outreach or lead generation
• Familiar with trading, finance, or business niches (small advantage)
