Email Outreach Specialist

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Email Outreach Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for researching potential leads (Real Estate Agents & Property Managers) and executing email outreach campaigns based on pre-written templates. You’ll play a critical part in driving engagement with prospective clients and helping to generate qualified leads for our sales team.

Key Responsibilities:
Research and build lead lists using Google, LinkedIn, Company Websites, etc.
Send templated outreach emails to prospects.
Track outreach progress in CRM and update lead statuses regularly.
Maintain a high volume of daily outreach while keeping emails personalized and professional.

Requirements:
Strong English reading comprehension – Able to understand written content and extract relevant information.
Lead research – Able to gather basic info about leads from their websites and other platforms.
Good written English – Able to fill in email templates with accurate, relevant information.
Self-sufficiency – Capable of working independently and managing tasks with minimal supervision.
Attention to detail – Ensure accuracy and relevance when filling in email templates with information gathered from leads' websites.
Familiar with CRM tools – Comfortable using tools to track and manage leads.
Comfortable with repetitive tasks – Able to maintain focus and consistency while sending a high volume of emails and following up with leads.
Proactive and results-driven – Identifying opportunities to improve outreach and increasing engagement.
Strong organizational skills – Ability to prioritize tasks, manage time effectively, and stay on top of work.
Good internet connection – Must have a reliable internet connection, camera, and headset for weekly/monthly team meetings.
