JOB OVERVIEW

We are looking for a customer service representative who is friendly, reliable, and professional. In this role, you will be responsible for answering customer emails in a friendly and professional manner.

What You’ll Do:

* Check and respond to emails twice a day, 7 days a week (Monday through Sunday)

* First shift: 09:00 - 10:00 CET

* Second shift: 15:00 - 16:00 CET

* Assist customers with questions regarding orders, returns, and general support

*IMPORTANT NOTE*: You need to work and anticipate quickly, aiming to answer 25–30 emails per hour during your shift.


What We Expect from You:

* Ability to write friendly, sympathetic, and helpful emails

* Ability to use ChatGPT and DeepL to translate and respond to emails in Norwegian

* Shopify experience

* Reliability and availability to work at the scheduled times

* Willingness to complete a one-week trial period
