What You’ll Do:
* Check and respond to
* First shift: 09:00 - 10:00 CET
* Second shift: 15:00 - 16:00 CET
* Assist customers with questions regarding orders, returns, and general support
*IMPORTANT NOTE*: You need to work and anticipate quickly, aiming to answer 25–30
What We Expect from You:
* Ability to write friendly, sympathetic, and helpful
* Ability to use ChatGPT and DeepL to translate and respond to
* Shopify experience
* Reliability and availability to work at the scheduled times
* Willingness to complete a one-week trial period
