JOB OVERVIEW

We’re Hiring a Self-Driven TikTok Manager to Build a $1M+ Sales Channel
We are a fast-growing, U.S.-based, company with a massive, fun catalog of giftable items—plush toys, pool inflatables, novelty pens, and more. With over 20 years in business and $15M+ in annual sales across retail, wholesale, and marketplaces, we’re now launching our TikTok presence from scratch.
We’re looking for a full-time, TikTok Manager who is independent, resourceful, and excited to own the entire TikTok growth engine—from strategy and content creation to creator recruitment and TikTok Shop sales performance.

???? What You’ll Be Responsible For
• Build and grow TikTok from zero to a major sales channel
• Launch and manage TikTok Shop, including listings, pricing, and promotions
• Hire, manage, and lead a Philippines-based TikTok Content Creator
• Recruit and coordinate a U.S.-based creator/influencer network (commission-based)
• Develop and manage the content calendar: 4–6 posts/week and 3+ TikTok Lives/week (scaling over time), grow number of
followers within given timeframe
• Use thousands of existing digital assets + support team to produce compelling content
• Direct content creation and campaign execution to drive engagement and sales
• Analyze performance, adjust strategies, and ensure KPIs are met
• Coordinate with U.S. operations to send product samples to creators
• Submit weekly reports on results, learnings, and next steps
• Participate in daily manager meetings at 9:07 AM U.S. Pacific Time
• Host daily visual check-ins with the TikTok content team
• Expected to work full 40 hours a week.

???? Support You’ll Have
While you’ll fully own strategy and execution, you’ll have internal support resources:
Video Editor, Content Writer, Graphic Designers, thousands of pre-made product images, lifestyle shots and videos available for repurposing, coordinate with Operations Manager, Product Manager and Marketing Team.

? What We’re Looking For
• 2+ years experience managing TikTok content, and TikTok Shop
• Experience hiring, managing, and leading content creators
• Experience working with influencers, creators, or running live shopping sessions
• Strong organizational and leadership skills with a self-managed mindset
• A passion for consumer products, lifestyle, toys, gifts, or home goods
• Familiarity with TikTok trends, affiliate tools, creator marketplace, and ad platform
• Strong written and spoken English
• Experience running TikTok Ads or boosting top-performing content
