Premium Digital Content Management

Position Type: Full-time Remote
Hours: Eastern Time (10-hour daily coverage expected)
Location: Remote, global accepted (English fluency required)



About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated, detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to support the day-to-day operations of premium digital content platforms.
This role is focused on personalized audience interaction, digital asset distribution, and revenue-driven messaging.

Your primary mission will be to help manage and scale a set of active, high-traffic subscription accounts where fast replies, strategic upsells, and emotional connection with subscribers are key to success.



Daily Responsibilities:

Answer inbound messages and chats with a natural, engaging, personal tone (not robotic or generic)
Upsell premium content, bundles, and exclusive access offers based on customer behavior and interest
Send out mass messages to targeted segments of subscribers with pre-prepared promotional materials
Organize and send bundles (collections of photos/videos) across multiple accounts with attention to timing and variety
Schedule and post regular feed updates (images, videos, captions) following a provided content calendar
Monitor conversations, track responses, and note high-value leads for personalized follow-up
Propose small creative ideas to improve engagement, if desired (optional bonus responsibility)



Ideal Candidate Profile:

Strong written English with the ability to sound playful, teasing, emotional, and seductive without seeming fake
Comfortable following scripts but also adapting naturally to each conversation flow
Experience in managing client communications, live chats, or subscription-based communities is a huge plus
Excellent time management skills — ability to manage multiple conversations simultaneously
Reliability and discretion — you’ll be handling sensitive materials and personal communications
Tech-savvy — confident using web-based messaging systems, CRM-style dashboards, and cloud folders
Availability: Able to cover at least 10 hours per day Eastern Time (ET) including peak evening periods
