Video Clipper/Editor for YouTube Shorts & Viral Content

We are looking for full-time video clippers/editors to join our growing team at The Ghate! Your main task will be to transform long-form YouTube videos into highly engaging shorts and clips for YouTube, TikTok, and Instagram.

We need editors who can:

Identify the most engaging ---------- nts in long videos

Edit quickly with attention-grabbing subtitles, cuts, zooms, and sound effects

Match viral styles and current short-form trends

Work independently and meet deadlines

Salary is $350/month plus performance bonuses for viral videos (100k, 200k, 500k+ views paid out monthly).
