Bilingual Customer Support Representative (English/Spanish)

A Customer Support Representative (CSR) is the frontline liaison between a company and its customers. They are responsible for assisting customers, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction across various communication channels such as phone and email. They aim to create a positive customer experience by delivering timely, helpful, and friendly support.

Key Responsibilities:
• Answer phone calls, emails, and text messages from clients regarding our services
• Provide clear information about service offerings, pricing, requirements, and scheduling
• Schedule and confirm appointments for technicians
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions, appointments, and transactions
• Handle customer complaints, issues, or rescheduling requests with professionalism and empathy
• Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and request reviews or feedback
• Process payments
• Assist with basic administrative tasks

Work Schedule:
• Monday, Thursday, Friday (11:30 AM – 9:00 PM EST)
• Saturday and Sunday (8:30 AM – 6:00 PM EST)

Skills and Qualifications:
• English and Spanish Speaking: Required.
• Fast Learner: Ability to quickly learn and apply our system.
• Work Experience: At least 1 year working with a U.S. employer and 2 years in Customer Service.
• Excellent English and Spanish Skills: Strong speaking and writing abilities.
• Familiarity with Google Suites: Ability to use Google Workspace tools efficiently.

Technical Requirements:
• Reliable PC
• High-speed, stable internet connection
• Backup for stable electricity
