We are building a wellness company — and we need a true operator to build and manage our CRM and consult system infrastructure.

This is NOT a "virtual assistant" job.
This is NOT for lazy, slow, part-timers.

YOUR MISSION:
You will own the technical backend of our consult-driven, doctor-referred wellness system.

Build GoHighLevel CRM setup from scratch — correctly and scalable

Set up patient consult pipelines (Referrals ? Booking ? Consults ? Orders ? Retention)

Create all intake forms (Doctor portal forms, patient pre-consult forms)

Integrate Smartlead to GHL (openers ? active consult flows)

Build consult booking calendars (Zoom/Phone choice, auto reminders 24h, 1h, 10 min)

Set up automated SMS/Email sequences (7/21/30 day follow-ups)

Create payment order forms inside GHL (Text2Pay enabled)

Track every stage of patient and clinic engagement inside CRM dashboards

Manage driver dispatch tracker and consult queue tracking as needed

Update and maintain CRM workflows DAILY — no broken automations, no chaos

Work U.S. hours (overlap required 9am–5pm EST minimum)

Attend daily war-room check-ins (brief standups to solve problems fast)

REQUIRED SKILLS:
? 1+ years GoHighLevel (GHL) CRM building experience
? 1+ years SMS/Email automation experience (GHL workflows or similar)
? 1+ years Smartlead (or similar cold email tool) experience — bonus but trainable
? Experience managing consult queues or sales pipelines (healthcare, DTC supplements, coaching agencies ideal)
? Strong English communication — written and verbal
? Detail-obsessed — if automations break, you fix it before anyone notices
? Fast execution — 48-hour turnaround on tasks, not "next week"
? Comfortable under pressure — we move fast, we don't tolerate slow or sloppy work

Experience in same-day delivery or high-speed ops

Experience setting up full consult booking flows (Zoom, SMS payment, pipeline tracking)

Strong project management skills (Airtable, Trello, Asana)

COMPENSATION:
Depending on skill level

Full-time only (40 hours/week minimum)
