Social Media Marketer

We seek a highly motivated and results-oriented Social Media Marketing Specialist to join our dynamic team. This is not a post-creation role. We need a proactive individual to drive client acquisition and engagement through strategic social media marketing.
Responsibilities:
Develop and execute innovative social media marketing campaigns across various platforms.
Create engaging marketing content, including posts, stories, and videos, with trending captions to maximize reach.
Foster active customer engagement through community management, responding to inquiries, and initiating conversations.
Proactively identify and pursue new client opportunities through outreach and networking.
Manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment, demonstrating exceptional organizational and time-management skills.

Prepare for shifts and adhere to schedules.
Pre-schedule and prepare all posts.

Qualifications: Proven track record of success in social media marketing, with a focus on client acquisition and engagement. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a knack for crafting compelling and persuasive content. Deep understanding of social media platforms, trends, and best practices. Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment. Self-motivated, proactive, and results-driven with a strong work ethic. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
