Hi there! My name is Twyla, and I’m helping run a new underground utility company in Florida called R & J Underground.

We are looking for a reliable, detail-oriented virtual assistant to help us grow by:

Making calls to companies in the U.S. (we’ll provide the call script)

Asking for the right contact person (Construction Manager / Estimator)

Sending out a simple follow-up email (we’ll provide the email template)

Logging leads, follow-ups, and quote status into our Smartsheet lead tracker
