Responsibilities:
Respond to customer inquiries via email, chat, and social media in a friendly and timely manner

Handle order tracking, returns, exchanges, and general customer support

Provide styling advice and product information to enhance the customer experience

Manage and resolve customer complaints with professionalism and care

Update FAQs and customer service templates as needed

Collaborate with the team to improve processes and customer satisfaction

Light admin tasks related to Shopify (e.g., checking order statuses, updating customer notes)

Requirements:
Proven experience as a Customer Service VA or similar role, preferably in fashion or e-commerce

Strong knowledge of Shopify platform

Excellent written English communication skills

A genuine interest in fashion trends and styling

Ability to stay calm under pressure and solve problems independently

Familiarity with customer service tools (e.g., Gorgias, Zendesk, or similar) is a plus

Reliable internet connection and ability to work flexible hours (including some weekends if needed)

Bonus Points If You:
Have experience handling customer service for a fashion brand

Are familiar with social media DMs/customer interactions

Speak additional languages

Have basic knowledge of order fulfillment processes
