Join Our Digital Marketing Team - Push Campaign Manager

Are you a creative marketer ready to bring bold ideas and build outstanding campaigns? We are looking for a Push Marketing Campaign Manager to join our fast-paced, international team.

This role is divided equally:
- 50 percent optimizing existing marketing campaigns
- 50 percent creating new ads and campaigns for our push marketing channels

What You Will Do:
- Create, launch, and manage push marketing campaigns
- Turn AI-generated drafts into creative, high-impact copy
- Analyze results and optimize campaigns based on data
- Collaborate with the international team in online meetings
- Suggest improvements and take ownership of your projects
- Leverage AI tools to enhance content and performance

You Are the Right Fit If:
- You have excellent English communication skills
- You can work European business hours (PST 2 PM to 10 PM)
- You are experienced with AI tools like GPT
- You can read statistics and optimize campaigns based on data
- You bring energy, ideas, and initiative to the team

What We Offer:

Compensation:
- Base Salary: 600 USD per month (fixed)
- Performance Bonus:
- 5 percent bonus on revenue generated up to 2,499 USD per month
- 10 percent bonus once you generate 2,500 USD or more per month - this target is subject to change after every 1-3 months. Our goal is ALWAYS to set a reachable goal while still letting it be a motivator.

Expected Earnings:
- Realistic earnings between 725 and 1,150 USD per month in your first few months
- No cap on earnings as you grow, if you perform well, this can grow upward of 1500 USD
